On Thursday, October 27, 2016 the FCC passed new privacy laws that are intended to keep customer’s personal information, including browsing history safe. Some Internet Service Providers (ISP’s) are hiding permissions to share information deep within the terms and conditions of their service agreements. Here at WestPA.net, we firmly believe in keeping our customer information safe. We want our customers to feel confident that their privacy is being respected. Below is an excerpt from our Terms of Service regarding confidentiality.

WestPA.net believes in our customer’s privacy. We do not monitor customer e-mail or activities. We do not sell or release personal information to third parties except as required to provide a service or as required by law! WestPA.net does not sell or share your personal information with others.
Information regarding customer’s credit card or bank account numbers will not be used or disclosed other than for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law.
